Hospitality of the staff.

Attention, cleanliness, perfect organization. I had a breathing problem with my grandson and in a minute they helped us. Excellent. I thank the paramedics for their attention. I recommend it in everything

Nothing, everything is perfect

Abundant space in lobby and the rooms including the bathrooms.The positive attitude of the porters and housekeeping staff in particular is very noticeable on arrival.The exceptional views from the upper half of the hotel wwere much appreciated.The free mini bus service to the charming village was good given the hilly nature of the roads.Airport on island handy

Some minor maintenance matters.Lack of tv instructions and guides due to emphasis placed on promoting inhouse movies.Noisy birds on balcony a challenge.!

Rooms were wide and big, the view was amazing, the stuff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good.

Room services were done really late and there were these small ants in the room which will just come out of no where minutes after you leave anything sweet anywhere in the room and that was really annoying.

The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, within a close distance from Hamilton Island Marina. The hotel is in a well-kept area. The poolside restaurant is excellent place to hang out. Came here for a trip and I would book again.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Reef View so I guess that speaks for itself.Staff are as always excellent and friendly

Fine views, but dated facilities

The amazing view of the marina greeted us each morning, although the common areas had a nostalgic charm to them. The comfortable beds ensured restful nights despite minor inconveniences.

Sadly, the hotel's age showed.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the view was amazing. The tour desk were also very helpful in our choices of activities.

On our initial arrival the room was not completly clean however this only involved some grime in the bathroom. We will still extremely happy!

Long wait for room. Lack of information - not told about Resort Central or departure lounge facilities. Room to close to lifts disrupted sleep. Bathroom & toilet not very clean.

Hotel is very dated and in desperate need of an overhaul. Room was dirty with stains on the carpet and house keeping only did half a job. Breakfast had plenty of choice but quality was average. Paid a lot to stay here but value for money was non existent!

Good rooms, position, Food

We absolutely loved our stay! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had a fantastic spread. The views from our Coral Sea view room were stunning, even better than the photos! The free use of water sports equipment made exploring the beach so much fun. Would definitely stay again!
